Tucano Brazil, Inc. was established in 1993 in Raleigh, N.C. and has been a specialist in International trade by providing a full range of services to international corporations seeking trade opportunities.

Based in United States-NC with offices in Brazil-São Paulo and Portugal-Lisbon our staff with is Brazilian management has 40 years experience in operating an international business in the Brazilian Market. Fluency in the languages is essential for International Product expansion in this Market.

Being a specialized company, we have the tools that allow us to perform an assignment better, faster and cheaper than clients can on their own. We are focused on our mission to achieve results through fast and dependable services so that our clients are free to operate their ongoing business without diversion. We will not serve two or more competing clients with the same product or service without obtaining the approval of each client to do so.

We will accept only those assignments we are qualified to perform and only those which will truly benefit the client. Our qualifications are based on competence and experience. We perform each assignment on an individual basis, and develop recommendations that are specific practical solutions for that clients product.

Work is carried out in a manner which best satisfies the client. This can be arranged by commission, retainer for a stipulated period or per each single project assignment.

Waldemir de Campos Leite possesses the educational background, hands-on experience, and vision to lead organizations through all phases of International Trade. As a professional salesman and negotiator Waldemir has built his reputation through 42 years as an entrepreneur, manager, executive, and a leader.

Business Experience

In his work with companies, Waldemir applies a combination of International sales skills, tenacity, perseverance and commitment. Also he has the unique ability to negotiate conflict and motivate others toward their goals. More than a export management executive, he is a willing leader in establishing a strong cultural and business relationship between the United States of America and Brazil.

Education and training

Waldemir holds a degree from University of Publicity and Marketing- SP, followed by Sales & Administration Programs at PUC (Pontificia University Catholic) and USP (University of Sao Paulo). He is a member of several prestigious business organizations in Brazil and U.S.A. Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish, Waldemir is an effective communicator and representative for any organization.
